This policy explains what DIVE ("we", "us") collects when you join our early-access list at this website, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: name, work email, role, company name (optional), and whether you are joining as an individual rep or a sales team.
- Technical data: a salted, one-way hash of your IP address (used only for abuse prevention and rate limiting) and your approximate country, as provided by Cloudflare.
- Site analytics: if enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track individuals across sites.
How we use it
- To contact you about DIVE early access, onboarding, and product updates.
- To understand who is interested in the product and improve it.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse (including Cloudflare Turnstile).
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use Cloudflare to host this site, store registrations, and provide security services. These providers process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Retention
We keep registrations until early access concludes or you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing hello@divesalesai.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
Security
Registrations are stored in an access-controlled database, transmitted over HTTPS, and accessible only to authorized DIVE administrators.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
